Rules for canceling and modifying Heze Huasheng shutter

Since we manufacture custom made shutters based on the specifications provided on the original order form, no cancellations will be accepted. Once the order is submitted, the customer will be liable for the shutter
order.
Product changed will be only allowed if the shutter order is not in production (Please check at the time of change). If the order is in production, no changes will be allowed and the customer will be
responsible for the shutter order.
Benchmark:For imperfections such as marks,dots etc,which are visilbe with the naked eye in natural daylight, at a distance of 1.2 meters,are deemed Unacceptable,hence, this is our benchmark for acceptance if it is
not visible within those conditions.
Small knots and grain pattern areas are a natural art of timber finishes and are not considered as imperfections.
